I absolutely loved Colleen Hoovers book Verity and lots of reviews have said this book is like Verity but better so I was expecting it to be a 5 star read!

I was a bit disappointed after seeing so much hype around the book. I found it a slow burner and the writing styles of different time lines and mother daughter relationships a bit confusing.

The final paragraph of the book was the first time I ironically felt properly gripped by the story.
