English teacher Richard Boyle is a hero and prevents a school b*mbing. This act of heroism gets him some media attention and leads on to him being blackmailed by a dangerous ex pupil.

For any fans of Harlan Coben out there, I cannot recommend Linwood Barclay enough to you. He is a fantastic author!

The story didn’t go in the direction I was expecting it to at all but I was hooked. I devoured it in a day.

I thought the concept was so interesting and there is plenty going on within the plot and sub plots to keep you entertained.

The ending was a little rushed and it was definitely missing the author’s usual jaw dropping twist. I thought it was pretty obvious and I saw it coming a mile off. He is usually the master of shocking twists.
