This is book 2 following on from ACOTAR. I won’t give any details of the blurb incase any of you haven’t read book 1 and I don’t want to give away any spoilers!

As with ACOTAR, I found this was a slow burn book but unlike book 1, which 250 pages of world building, things are actually happening and there’s a much better storyline. In this book I’ve started to get some Twilight vibes!

The spice in this isn’t as bad as I thought but when I was reading some of the raunchy scenes, I did question if they were really necessary! 😂 I appreciate that this is just a personal preference thing though!

I definitely need to read a couple of thrillers in the mean time but I look forward to continuing on with the series!
