I have been working my way through John Marrs backlist and this is the book you all have recommended to me the most!

Laura volunteers at End of the Line, a helpline. However, instead of helping people, Laura actually encourages some of the callers to end their own lives and listens on the phone until the very end… WTF!!

Laura is one of the most unlikable and stressful characters I have ever come across in a book. My gosh, it made for such an interesting read.

The plot didn’t go in the direction I was expecting it to, it kept me on my toes and it was very unhinged.

I really enjoyed this and it felt like quite a unique premise, I’ve not read something like it before!
