I don’t know about you, but I absolutely adore my kindle but lets face it, the black and white screen is a little boring. At last, Amazon have finally granted my wishes and are bringing out a kindle in colour on the 30th October!
Here’s what we know so far…
It literally does what it says on the tin and you can now read in colour! Book covers will now be in colour and you will be able to add blue, pink, yellow and orange highlights to the kindle pages.
The battery lasts for up to 8 weeks and there is now an option to purchase a wireless charging dock as an additional extra.
There is a glare free screen allowing for enjoyable reading in all situations whether you are reading on a sun lounger in the heat of summer or reading in bed at night.
The device itself is thin and light making it easy for comfortable reading. It has 32GB storage allowing room for 1000’s upon 1000’s of books to be downloaded all at once.
And for all you clumsy readers (myself included), the kindle is waterproof meaning we can read in a bath or by the pool worry free!
It is maybe a little pricey coming in at £269.99 but as buying ebooks is way cheaper than buying physical books, it will pay for itself in no time!
